Supercam X6M2 helicopter-type UAV supply for “Dalur” JSC

The Supercam X6M2 mobile complex was supplied for one of the major enterprises of nuclear industry to support uranium and scandium production works. “Dalur” JSC uses advanced exploitation methods of engineering and geodesy survey in trans-Ural uranium district. The unmanned multirotor complex collects photogrammetric and video data through aerial survey at required altitude with payloads at different viewing angles.

Remote sensing data give possibilities for full-scale study of a large land parcel and its relief within an area of several kilometers. Visualization of flight data contains information about ground changes, overburden and tailing dump formation.
Moreover, Supercam X6M2 is actively used in environmental management and geoenvironmental monitoring. Unmanned sounding technologies reduce the time required for mineral surveyor to study and collect data on the land plot comparing to surface methods of survey. Unmanned aerial vehicle allow to survey remote sites and hard to reach open pit sectors.

The integrated autopilot and automated flight task planning completely exclude human factor in UAV use.
Also, UAV has a carbon and composite light-weight construction ensuring transportation by any transport to the operating site.

The obtained high quality and high resolution images are transformed into accurate and highly detailed computer models and topographic and geodetic materials to visualize processes and realize open-pit planning. The following 3D modeling resulting in digital terrain and relief models allow to calculate mineral output, perform spatial and geodetic measurements and determine indicated infrastructure.
With due regard to safety, these methods allow operational surveillance of deposit changes and determination of dangerous zones with working control.

Supercam X6M2 is equipped with advanced geodetic, video and thermal imaging equipment to perform surveying works at mining enterprises.
